If your order arrives and the goods are damaged please email sales@elementwarehouse.com.

Please send a copy of the returns form with your item
 
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. Please write to sales@elementwarehouse.com. You must retain proof of purchase to obtain refund.
There are exemptions; these include-

• Personalised or made to measure products
• Any unsealed recording media
• Perishable goods

Returns requested within 7 days, We will refund both the cost of the goods and the delivery postage. We will not refund the returns postage.
Returns requested after 7 days we will refund the cost of the goods less delivery postage. We will not refund the returns postage. A further 20% handle charge will be chargeable.
You are responsible for ensuring goods are returned in the best possible condition. We will not refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
