Delivery
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. Please write to sales@elementwarehouse.com. You must retain proof of purchase to obtain refund.

Unless listing specifies a different warranty period
All electrical components should be fitted by a competent electrician. Unless stated otherwise in the listing, the parts we sell sold solely as replicas suitable for various manufacturers appliances.
We aim to dispatch goods within 1 working day.
Over night delivery is from dispatch and is not a guarantee of next day delivery.
Overnight delivery is not available on Friday Saturday or Sunday .should you wish Saturday delivery you will need to contact us Friday before 11am Additional charges will apply.
Items sent by courier must be signed for please ensure someone is available to sign for your package ,
Redelivery will incur additional charges.
There are excemptions; these include-

Perishable goods
We will refund both the cost of the goods and the delivery postage. We will not refund the returns postage.
You are responsible for ensuring goods are returned in the best possible condition. We will not refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition.

We are unable to accept cancellations or returns on made to measure products.
