30 days returns policy please read details below:

Faulty parts:
Items that are faulty within 30 days please contact us for replacement or refund
We will refund the return postage if we require the item back.

If your order arrives and the goods are damaged please email us.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. we allow 30 days,  please send proof of purchase (invoice) with your returned item to obtain refund.
There are exemptions; these include-

• Personalised or made to measure products
• Any unsealed recording media
• Perishable goods
• PCBs Modules

• Please check before ordering as some models use a different module

  There are no returns on PCB's, when installed incorrectly or installed into an appliance that has another fault they will be destroyed.  Manufacturer's will not accept returns for this reason. Please note PCB's are exempt from our 30 day returns policy.

  
  Returns requested within 30 days, We will refund both the cost of the goods and the delivery postage. We do not refund the returns postage.
  Returns requested after 30 days we will refund the cost of the goods less delivery postage. We do not refund the returns postage. a 30% handle charge may be chargeable.
• We do not offer refunds after 60 days .
  You are responsible for ensuring goods are returned in the best possible condition. We will not refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition. We recommend  goods are returned by recorded post we do not refund if we have not received the item.

  Unless otherwise agreed ,The consumer will be responsible for costs incurred in returning goods. Goods returned with unpaid postage will be returned to sender.

The Guarantee covers manufacturing defects only. Please note that this does not include consumables items such as batteries, bulbs, and ink cartridges unless .
The liability of Household Spares ltd,  spares4homes (or its appointed maintenance agent) is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty purchased from us.
The Guarantee is invalidated if the defect is caused (howsoever) by misuse, neglect, and tampering or incorrect adjustment. It is invalidated if unauthorized persons carry out any alterations and/or repairs. Also, the Guarantee is invalidated in the following cases:
