The StoreFeeder Duplicate Checker is an internal application developed for use by Spares4homes / Element Warehouse.
The application is used exclusively by authorised employees of our company to assist with managing our own product listings on StoreFeeder and eBay.
The primary purpose of the application is to identify duplicate StoreFeeder listings and to check whether our associated eBay listings are currently active.
The application is not a public service and is not provided to customers or members of the public.
2. Information accessed by the application
The application may access information relating to our company's own StoreFeeder and eBay listings.

Only authorised company personnel may authorise an eBay account for use with the application.
eBay's API requirements prohibit applications from collecting or storing eBay user IDs or passwords.
4. Purpose of using eBay information
Information obtained from eBay is used solely for the internal purposes of our company, including:

assisting authorised employees in managing our own listings.
The application is not used to collect information about eBay customers or buyers.
The application is not used for advertising, marketing, customer profiling or the sale of personal information.
5. Customer information
The application is not designed to collect or store customer information.
It is intended to work with our company's own product listings and listing identifiers.
The application does not intentionally collect information such as customer names, addresses, telephone numbers, payment information or passwords.
If information that could identify an eBay user is returned by an eBay API as part of information associated with a listing, it will only be used where necessary for the legitimate operation of the application and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
6. Storage and retention
The application is designed to minimise the information that it stores.
Listing information accessed from eBay is used only for the purposes described in this policy.
Where information is temporarily processed by the application, it will not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for the relevant operation.
Information that is no longer required for the application's legitimate purpose will be deleted where applicable.
This approach is consistent with eBay's requirement that personal information obtained through its APIs be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the specific legitimate purpose for which it was collected or processed, subject to applicable requirements.
7. Access to the application
Access to the StoreFeeder Duplicate Checker is restricted to authorised personnel of Spares4homes / Element Warehouse.
The application is not made available for general public use.
Company personnel are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any authentication credentials or access provided to them.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information and authentication credentials associated with the application.
eBay application credentials, OAuth credentials and access tokens are treated as confidential and are not intentionally disclosed publicly.
The application does not store eBay passwords.
eBay requires application credentials and other sensitive authentication information to be appropriately protected.
9. Sharing information
Information accessed through the application is not sold, rented or provided to third parties for marketing purposes.
Information is used internally by authorised personnel for the management of our company's listings.
The application communicates with eBay's services where necessary to provide its authorised functionality.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to protect the security or operation of the application.
10. eBay
The application uses services and APIs provided by eBay.
Use of eBay APIs is subject to eBay's applicable terms, policies and API License Agreement.
The application is intended to access and use eBay information only for the legitimate internal purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the permissions granted through eBay's authorisation process.

11. Revoking access
An authorised company user may revoke the application's access to an eBay account through the applicable eBay account or application-authorisation controls.
