If you require your item urgently we do offer Royal Mail special delivery next day (on selected items).

Orders for next day delivery need to be placed before 3pm Monday – Thursday
And 3pm Friday, Friday Standard Special delivery does not guarantee Saturday delivery (These will usually arrive on Monday) guarantee Saturday delivery is available , this is a premium service,
Orders place after 3pm  will roll into the next appropriate day.(Friday to Monday)

30 Day Returns - Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt.
We offer a 30 day returns, Please email us.
*Returns requested after 30 working days we will refund the cost of the goods less delivery postage. We do  not refund the returns postage. We do not refund Special delivery postage

You must retain proof of purchase to obtain refund. Items may be returned/exchanged provided that the item (s) are unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition. Unless otherwise agreed ,The consumer will be responsible for costs incurred in returning goods. Goods returned with unpaid postage will be returned to sender. All exchanges will incur a return shipping fee.

The liability of Household Spares ltd, spares4homes (or its appointed maintenance agent) is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty purchased from us. The warranty is invalidated if the defect is caused (howsoever) by misuse, neglect, and tampering or incorrect adjustment. It is invalidated if unauthorized persons carry out any alterations and/or repairs. Also, the warranty is invalidated in the following cases:

Items that are specially made to a buyer’s specification cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
